1. Profile
Brief firm profile with PAN card; incorporation documents for companies, deed or affidavit for partnerships and proprietorships.
2. Information
Names, addresses and phone numbers of all directors, partners or proprietors with Aadhaar and PAN copies.
3. Board resolution
Resolution authorising the signatory (for limited, private limited and partnership firms).
4. Drug licence
Attested copy of your drug licence.
5. GST
Attested copy of your GST registration certificate.
6. Agreement
Manufacturing agreement; specimen copy provided by us.
7. Non-resemblance certificate
Certificate of non-resemblance; specimen provided by us.
Frequently asked questions
What is third-party pharma manufacturing?
A contract is signed between you and the manufacturer, and the manufacturer produces the medicines on your behalf, in your brand name, under the terms of that contract.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and dosage form. Contact us with your requirement and we will share the applicable batch size and MOQ.
Do you help with packaging material?
Yes. We handle sourcing and printing of foils, labels, cartons and other packaging as part of the quotation, including custom packaging to your artwork.
Which documents do I need to start?
Firm profile, KYC of directors/partners, drug licence, GST certificate, board resolution where applicable, and the signed manufacturing agreement.
